Shipping, Return & Refund
At our Skincare Store, we offer free shipping on orders over $50. Your order will be processed within 24-48 hours and delivery is expected within 3-7 days depending on location. Unfortunately, we do not ship to P.O Boxes or APO/FPO. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
At Xtracta Skincare, we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality products and customer service. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, minus the original shipping costs. To initiate a return, please email us at email@example.com with your order number. Returns must be in their original package and unused condition.
Our Refund Policy is simple: if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns of unopened, unused, and undamaged items within 30 days of original purchase. We will issue a refund to your original payment method excluding shipping cost. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear. For any returns, the customer is responsible for shipping back the product. We reserve the right to deny a refund if the product does not meet our return policy guidelines.
At Xtracta Skincare, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you need to cancel your order, please notify us within 24 hours of placing your order by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. If your order has already been shipped, unfortunately we are unable to cancel it. In this case, please refer to our Return Policy on our website for instructions on how to return the product.
