Domestic Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 3-4 days for orders outside of Lagos our hub.

Orders within Lagos and environs are processed within 1-2 days.

Delay will be communicated to you, if company is experiencing high volumes of orders and also changes will be effected.

Shipping charges for your orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

An email will be sent to you for your shipment confirmation and tracking numbers.

Xtracta Skincare is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or Xtracta Skincare directly to help file a claim on your behalf. Please, save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filling a claim.

Return & Exchange Policy

RETURN POLICY

Thanks for shopping at Xtracta Online Store. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging and your item needs to have receipt or proof of purchase. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping cost for returning your item. Shipping cost are nonrefundable

 

REFUND

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit/debit card or original payment method.

You will receive the credit within 14 days, depending on your bank issuer's policies.
