Refund & Return Policy

Returns

We want you to love your glow. We accept returns on unopened and unused products within 30 days of the delivery date. Due to the nature of skincare products and hygiene standards, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or used.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@xtracta.net with your order number.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@xtracta.net with a photo of the product and the packaging, and we will make it right.
